Chad helped us both buy and sell our home. We could tell he knows a lot about the neighborhoods and trustworthy during various points in the process. Chad made everything very easy and seamless and we can't thank him enough for all he did especially during our most recent sale (in the midst of covid-19). Would definitely recommend him to anyone moving to the Denver area!
