Competition drives better business, air bnb needs a competitor or revising. I was a host, my 2 month old bed was broken. The inspector I sent pictures too, stated it was not covered by their insurance, bc it was due to normal wear & tear, remember now, this was a 2 month bed that the guess broke. Very disappointed, I don't recommend EVER host or being a guest through this company
