This has got to be one of the worst companies in the U.S. Zero customer service. Shoddy, at best, materials and sales reps that bail on you as soon as the deal is done. You would be better off buying a kiddie pool at Walmart then investing it in a piece of junk like this. The disappointment I feel after spending $25,000 is overwhelming. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more to get an inground pool from a reputable company. It is now my mission to tell the over 300,000 people in my company to never invest in something with this low of quality or customer service. 3 years of owning this pool and the multitude of issues is astounding. I really don t think I ve ever regretted a decision as much as I have this. Do not buy!
