Long story short. Wife went in for bleeding from her lady parts when pregnant. Nurse who did the ultrasound had no idea how to use the equipment. Tells my wife and I she lost the baby, nothing in her womb or a heartbeat. Diagnosis miscarriage. 3 days later we go for the dnc, doctor does the pre ultrasound and BOOM. Baby is alive and well. Still waiting for my return call from the risk manager. Left 3 messages so far over the past 3 weeks
