Going on 2 weeks now waiting on a used transmissio...

Going on 2 weeks now waiting on a used transmission. I call when it's supposed to be delivered today. I get shoved to voicemail so they don't have to talk to me. I waited till 4:50 to call them to give the benefit of the delivery may be the last of the day but nope.
So now the office is closed and I still only get reimbursed 4 days for a car rental. Thanks for dragging @$$
