We went to see comedian Bill Burr here (he gets one star). The acoustics were great, and the theatre is pretty. It was uncomfortably warm, and every time someone needed to go by to get to their seat or leave (which was an inordinate amount of times because the rows are very long with only a couple of breaks in between so anyone in the middle had to walk all the way to the end to get out) we would have to literally stand up so that they could squeeze by. It happened at least 5 times!
There were no large screens showing close-ups of what was happening on stage, so we missed facial expressions or silent actions. I honestly can't recall the last large venue that I went to that didn't have at least one large screen, with a camera. I think it might've been sometime in the '90s?. Even all of the churches have them now...
We had to leave the venue at the end and go to a nearby bar in order to find a bathroom. The line for the MEN'S room was scrolling out of the door at Fox! The men's room! That never happens.
So, large, pretty theatre. It is not built to comfortably accommodate all of the people that they pack in there.
