What an unexpected pleasure. If you are wondering where you can still get good service and a car dealer you can trust, go no further that Marshall Motors in Beverly MA. I purchased a 2006 Escalade in June 2018. The check engine light for a lean code kept turning on. I took it to a nearby Cadillac dealer in NH. No one there could fix it after $2500.00. I called Alan at Marshall and faxed him all the documentation of what had been done. He had me bring the car back (now this is Feb) and he had his mechanics fix it, got the warranty company to cover it, and paid my $100 deductible. Now that is service.!!
