I want take the time to Thank Rafael for helping me purchase my CRV, He was very helpful and polite in every aspect of my process. I also want to thank his Manager Jamie for taking his time out and helping me with my concern. after i purchase the car . Even though i feel as if i made a big mistake buying a car that was not full service before i purchase the car, i would think it would be but i had to take it back for service and both Rafaek and Jamie was there all the way . the person who work on my car did a great job i was very happy. I do believe that before a use car is sold they should had replace the rugs especially because it was damage and the steer wheel as well . But the car itself am happy . i did learn from my mistake and i will pay better attention next time.
