I previously left a review to which the owner responded and basically called me a liar. So here is another one listing more issues we have had.

First off, PROOF that we are actual customers so they can t lie and make it seem like we aren t. We were room Theurer, 2206. Staying on Oct 13th. First off, we had a 300$ charge that we had to report as fraud from the hotel, because they claimed it was never charged with them. So we had to deal with the credit card company because they wouldn t own up to something going on. Second, we left a curling iron and called and they said they had it, so I paid for it to be shipped, (it s a 200$ curling iron when I told the customer service manager this she said I must be very well off then. When it was a GIFT from my wife s mother.) I paid for it to be shipped through fedex and I called back 2 weeks later and they had the audacity to tell me that when I called last time I said it was broken you told us to throw it away. Really?!? Really?!? Why would I pay for shipping to ship it home then?! Then they refused to reimburse me for paying for shipping, because they LIED. They refused to own up to anything and were completely unprofessional and rude. Please, if you can go anywhere else, do it. They are not an honest location. Everything from the bottom to management is corrupt and will cover up lies to protect themselves.

What kind of response is that? You question the authenticity of how much I paid for the curling iron and then proceed to, after I have given you proof that I stayed, lie and say we never stayed.... Pathetic. Honestly pathetic. Never stay here, what a joke.
