I can't give this company any less than 5 stars. I am a transplant to Maryland from out of state and needed help finding a good, used car. I came across their website and found my Subaru Impreza; this was my first time buying a car (and owning a car in general!) and they were so responsive and helpful. David Hernandez did a great job of reaching out and scheduling appointments, as well as making me feel like family when my own is 8+ hours away and couldn't help me in the process.

Not only that, their finance and insurance manager, Mary Carmen Garcia, was incredibly friendly and helpful from day one. She got me a great financing plan on my car that was better than what I could have gotten anywhere else. Not only that, but because I am young and didn't have much credit history, she gave me advice on building it up and how to finance properly. She did not need to do that but could tell this was overwhelming for me and she went above and beyond.

In addition to all of the above, they were very flexible with my payments and I was even able to pay my down payment online to avoid any added fees on my card.

Upon telling my parents about them, they were also very impressed by the help I received and were comforted knowing that I was being taken care of and not being taken advantage of.

Everyone at Cherner went above and beyond to help me find my first car and they really helped me feel even more at home here in Maryland. I am so glad I found them and I am excited to work with them in the future.

I cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a quality used car and want to find a place that isn't going to beat around the bush or spring any surprises on you, this is the place to go. My 2013 Impreza is already serving me very well and I can't wait to take it on my drives back home.
