In fact everyone that worked on the sale, even the finance guy, were happy and nice throughout the entire process. I would recommend Ethan to anyone looking for a Jeep. I would also recommend Century Dodge as they were all very professional and very good at providing an awesome customer buying experience!

Definitely a fantastic place to buy a vehicle. My husband and went in with no expectations of getting approved as we have horrible credit but we went in and told them what we were looking for. Everyone was very friendly and our salesman Steve was fantastic. He wasn t pushy at all and listened to exactly what we wanted for our family vehicle and we were approved in less then an hour for a band new car. We were shocked as most places give you the run around and you spend the whole day trying to get approved at a place. We were able to drive away in a brand new 2018 Dodge Journey Crossroad right off the show room floor. Thank you to Steve and the finance department for our new vehicle. We couldn t be happier and would recommend buying from them to anyone rather you have good or bad credit.

2 purchases, both above and beyond expectations very patient and knowledgeable sales experts. Told them what we needed and price range and they delivered the exact vehicle for the price. Worked with bad credit and negative equity to get us were we wanted to be. Thanks to Joe (sales expert) Dan and Scott (financial expert) for one again going the extra mile to not make a buck but earn a life long customer.

Steve Jones is the only salesman I have ever had any pleasure meeting. His professionalism is there, however he is a lot of fun as well as entertaining. I don't think you could have a better car buying experience, I know that I have not and I have purchased at least 30 cars from 30 different dealers. I tip my cap to century dodge and Steve Jones.

Despite the glowing reviews, I would not recommend this dealership.They install very cheap Zone lifts on their jeeps which ride very poorly , so,if,you do buy, I'd recommend getting a lift from elsewhere. The running boards they choose are also the cheapest possible. So, if,you do buy from this place, I'd recommend keeping your jeeps stock and taking it elsewhere. We met the owner and he was very nice. But he has some,other relatives working here that are extremely rude. One was rude to my wife and she came home really upset. I called the manager and he apologized, to his credit. But, taking away the rudeness of,the family that runs this dealership, they accessorize their vehicles as cheaply as,possible.. so, if,you do buy from them, take it elsewhere to add running boards and so on. I normally root for local businesses but in this case, we'd never return, nor buy any vehicles from this place. To,date, my mom, brother, and cousin have all avoided this,place and bought Wranglers and a Dodge Ram from other dealerships in the area. Not kidding. Rudeness will get you nowhere.

After a lot of research and searching I decided to buy a 2015 Jeep Renegade from century. I got a great deal, love the Jeep, and the salesperson Beau was very knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't ask for better service even after the deal was done. He made sure to take the time to help me get familiar with all of the accessories. I called him a few times after I bought the Jeep and he was as friendly and patient as ever helping me with figuring out how things work on the Jeep since I'm not so technologically inclined. I would highly recommend this place and ask for Beau Campbell when you get there.

This is my second purchace from Century. In 07 I recieved the best deal in town on my new Ram 1500. I recently purchaced a used vehicle. I had some minor issues with the vehicle and the Century team made it right. I will reccomend as well as shop Century Dodge in the future.

I would give 6 stars if I could!!! I have bought 3 cars from Century thru Joe DuValeus and the process was so easy. You can tell this place is family ran by the way you are treated. No high pressure sales tactics, my salesman Joe took his time with me and listened to what I wanted/needed. I test drove a few cars to make sure I was happy with my choice and never felt rushed. Century has a customer for life simply because they don't make me feel like just another person coming in to buy a car.

I also get my car serviced at Century and I think they are top notch as well. The service department is always quick to get me in - I tend to run over my miles for oil changes. They always take the time to explain any normal wear and tear repairs my car may need.

I was told I could wait in Waiting room I had brought my own Chair and sat outside since I knew from previous visit no Mask are worn
No floor markings any longer Glass up at counters
so while I sat outside exposed to smokers
Very disappointed that a community Auto Dealership takes Zero precautions for public safety
Until I have immunity from Covid 19 I will not use this dealership for my auto service

First time purchase from Century Dodge. We worked with Craig Johnson, and I was very happy with the outcome. There was no traditional haggling with a sales manager, and Craig helped us get to an agreed-upon price very, very quickly. There was no pressure, and Scott in Finance was quick to get us out the door.

I don't write many reviews, and car shopping is one of my absolute least favorite things to do. Craig and the team made it easy, convenient and fast with no pressure at all. If I have to do with a car salesman, Craig's the guy with whom I would want to deal.

Great experience overall from a purchasing standpoint.

Worst experience ever trying to buy a car! Decided against buying a $30K used car due to a $100 scratch repair they refused to compensate for in the sales price. At that point, the salesman threatened to keep my security deposit even though I had not signed any paperwork and had stressed on numerous occasions beforehand that the deal was predicated on my final visual inspection . When I finally did get my deposit back from the sales manager, the salesman had the nerve ask me "who's going to pay me for my time" basically saying I should pay him for the time he spent on the deal. He killed the deal for $100, not me. This is a family-run dealership and they tout their honesty and desire for customer satisfaction. My experience with them was anything but that, at least with this particular sales person. If I could give them "0" stars, I would!

I had an absolute horrible experience with their service department. After giving them an extensive explanation on what was wrong with my car (stuttering on the highway at speeds around 60mph) they somehow decided to fix an issue with a ball joint that was apparently locking up my drive train during turns, an issue I had never noticed and never told them about. Since they said the ball joint was bad, they refused a refund as it fixed an issue, even if it wasn't the one I had brought it in for, even though I heard them over the phone guaranteed me that it was a fix for the issue I had stated. I brought the car back after having the same stutter reoccur 13 times on my drive to work, and 9 times on the way back. They kept my car for over a week, never called me once with an update, and when I finally called, they said they did not have a single occurrence of the issue I stated and could not find anything wrong, but would keep testing. I picked the car up to take it elsewhere, as I do not trust them with any aspect of my vehicle, and will just take the $700 hit for the ball joint so I can make sure I get the proper service elsewhere. And also, after apparently zero occurrences of this stutter happening over a course of their week test driving, it happened 7 times on my way back from picking it up. The dealership I then took it to afterwards was able to notice the stutter immediately upon driving it, and fixed the issue within a day, which happened to be a faulty throttle body.

After having the car two weeks there was some trouble with the brakes, they took care of everything in one day . If you need a new or used car this is the place to go. My husband and I just purchased a Ram 2500 4 x 4 truck from Century. We got the advertised internet price without haggling and they gave us very fair trade in without haggling! Prior to the truck purchase, we purchased a Dodge product from Napleton Dodge and that experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I wish we had known how great Century Dodge was to work with before!!!!!! I was actually shocked at the professional treatment we received from the staff of Century Dodge. Thank you Century Dodge!

I went to Napleton Dodge to purchase a turn signal socket for our Dodge Ram 2500. Napleton's cost for the socket was $27. Lucky for us they did not have any in stock. I was able to purchase the same part at Century Dodge for $17. I realize these two places are individually owned but a $10 difference in price for a part is unacceptable.

Century's customer service today in the parts department (on the phone and in person) and by the cashier, by far surpassed any we have received at Napleton.

Century Dodge just gained a customer.

After seeing an ad posted on AutoTrader for a 2006...

After seeing an ad posted on AutoTrader for a 2006 Dodge Ram, priced at $13,977, I emailed Century Dodge Chrysler Jeep and asked if they had pictures of the truck, since there were none listed. I received an email back from Steve Duvaleus, offering for me to text or call him. I texted Steve, asking when I could come look at the truck. Steve said that the truck is being detailed, and that it would not be available until after being cleaned up, and looked over mechanically. In this same message, he adds "once we see what it needs, then we will offer it for sale and put a price on it." I replied that the price was listed online at $13,977. I was then told, "that could wind up being the correct price, but it could go up." Eventually he starts telling me all the reasons the price is going to go up. Sounds like a big scam to me... offer one price online, get the customer to call/come in, then jack up the price! It would surprise me if you Google "sleazy used car salesman" and their name doesn't come up first. I even called a manager, Brian Mock, who confirmed that the price would in fact go up, and that he knows the truck is currently listed for a lower amount, and then, when confronted, went on to say that this is all completely ethical. Whatever you do, stay away form Century Dodge!

Kind of torn in regards to my experience here. The first day was great...I found the Jeep I wanted and we went over numbers, then did the paperwork. I ordered some aftermarket goodies so I had to leave it for part 2 the next day. I went back to make the exchange and there was suddenly some mysterious "issue with my power steering". I argued with the salesman and I would have gladly back out of the deal...I didn't because my woman was set on the Jeep we purchased. I ended up taking a $1000 hit on the issue...it was bulls**t since they didn't at least take the time to figure out if there was in fact an issue. The car(my trade in) had 38k miles. I've owned it since new. There were no steering issues. Seems like they just wanted to squeeze me for an extra 1k. I probably won't go back.

I visited this dealership on chance after finding that they had the vehicle model and trim package I was looking for. I worked with Craig Johnson in sales and Scott Stewart in finance.

Craig was efficient in preparing the best trade-in and purchase price, he was friendly to work with, and he provided a no pressure to buy environment. He expended extra effort to confirm that I had been given all the discounts and rebates I was eligible for, and he ensured the team was organized and armed with adequate information to close the deal when it was time to prepare the financing.

Scott was very expedient in preparing finance options and add ons, similarly with no pressure to buy. He was fun to talk to, informational, and patient in navigating my numerous questions.

I have purchased several cars in the St. Louis area, and this dealership, by far, was the most efficient, straightforward, and positive car buying experience! Ask for these two when you visit! Great job team...I ll be back when I need my next upgrade.

Very friendly and respectful. I worked here in my late teens and decided to purchase my first ever (brand new) vehicle from them. Craig is the salesman I remembered from all those years ago so I looked for him when I entered the dealership. Craig as always was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and even remembered me!!! I also tracked down Kevin Mock who also ran my numbers to keep me where I wanted to be on the final price. Overall it was a great experience and was nice to see my old coworkers and even my old boss Brian Mock!!!!!

My husband and I went to this dealership yesterday. We were beyond disappointed at this dealership. The lady we worked with was newer so I expect some unknown knowledge. However I told her I drive a loaded limited car currently and I'm wanting to look at the Durango. I wanted leather, heated seats, captains chairs in the second row, etc. The sales person, Robin, brought out a base model Durango opened the front doors and asked if this was the captains chairs we were requesting. She didn't know much about the car at all. We will be going elsewhere if we give Dodge another chance.

They listened to what I wanted and spent a week or so searching inventories until they found the truck that met my needs. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Century Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I could not have had a better experience! From the time I arrived Steve Jones was Attentive and Knowledgeable. We were in and out in just a couple of hours with very little haggling. I had done my research prior to arriving and knew what I wanted to spend. They were very fair with my trade in. They made sure that I received all discounts available to me and I purchased my new car in MY price range.There were a couple of add on's that I had requested that had to be done the following week. Steve even came to me, to switch vehicles, because I couldn't make it to the dealership at the right time. My Jeep was finished within hours. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership and of course ask for Steve Jones!

Just purchased a new vehicle from Craig and the experience was top notch. Was very helpful with any questions and even checked back a few days later to see if there were any additional questions with the vehicle. The finance department was also wonderful to work with while using a special package that was purchased. And, they even sent out a homemade batch of cookies to say thank you! I looked at other dealers but Century Dodge treated you like your business mattered to them and that you mattered as a customer. It's a family run business and you can see the pride and dedication in their employees.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Beau Campbell. From the time I reached out initially about the 2020 Cherokee TrailHawk via CarGurus, to when I actually made it into the dealership, Beau went out of his way to answer all of my questions promptly and ensure that I had all the info needed to make a decision. The car was initially sold, but the deal fell thru and Beau let me know immediately because he knew how important the price point was to me. He did everything he could to keep me in my budget, make car buying (a high pressure and awkward situation for me) enjoyable again, and give me everything I was looking for in a salesman who knew their product and how it applied to my interests. I now have my dream car, and a new acquaintance I know I ll come to rely on for my new car advice and needs because his attitude and approach make me want to use him as a resource. Purchased a used vehicle from Beau at Century Dodge in Wentzville today. The experience was excellent. Very friendly staff. I felt very comfortable throughout the buying process unlike some other dealers which cause unease with their high pressure sales tactics. Two days after purchasing the vehicle, the battery started having troubles. The dealership instructed me to bring the vehicle back for a battery swap, no questions asked. Would definitely look to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase.

I do not do many reviews, but wanted to share my car purchase experience for those looking. My wife and I had been searching for a new car for about 2 months. We had settled on a Mazda CX5 and visited the 2 STL dealerships. We worked with one indivudaul at each locaiton for multilple weeks and visits. Before we were going to make the purchase, I wanted to do one last stop at the local dealership in Wentzville. A gentelman by the name of Beau Campbell assisted me. I ended up taking notice of the new 2018 Jeep Liberty because of Beau's knowledge of what we wanted. I left that day with a new car from Century completly beacuse of the attentivness and communication skills of Beau. After the purchase, he went out of his way to make sure every detail of our purchase was complete. It took a few days. You just don't see this type of service that often.
I will definately purchase another car from Beau and Centruty in the next few years as my children start to drive.

EXCELLENT JOB BEAU!! Century is lucky to have a person like you representing them.

This was my first time buying a new car and Beau and Scott made it as painless as possible. Several employees came up to personally introduce themselves and thank me for my business. As a female, I had an excellent experience purchas...

As a female, I had an excellent experience purchasing a used Hyundai Santa Fe with all those I interfaced with: Ethan (sales), Kevin (GM) and Scott (finance). This was the 8th vehicle I test drove across multiple dealers & 1 private owner. Ethan was extremely accommodating on this vehicle's first test drive as I had several criteria to check. They also allowed me to drive it to my neighbor who was a mechanic for ~30 years to look it over. All looked good except front brake pads were thin, however basically near minimum to pass Safety. On way back to dealership I noticed slight but consistent pull to one side when hands were off the wheel. They installed new front pads and did 4-wheel alignment, plus delivered it with a full tank of gas! They also beat the finance rate from my bank! Finding a replacement vehicle had been a nearly 3-week process with researching the various car buying sites to find cars that fit my specific requirements, doing lots of VIN checks which eliminated many cars upfront, and setting test drive appointments (some 1.5 hours away). Overall, Century was by far the most professional and best experience I encountered!

Within 60 seconds of walking in the door and telling him what truck I wanted and what % apr I expected to get he gave me an estimated payment. The final payment was $3 dollars off. They fought with the banks on my behalf to get me a better deal. The truck is absolutely flawless and Craig's service was spot on.
They don't add extra fees or try to make extra money off you. They don't mess around with the sale price and tell you honestly where every penny of your purchase is going. If you want all the extras they can provide that. If you want a barebones purchase with just pure loan and trade in they can do that also!
I'll be back to buy more vehicles from Craig/ Century and you should too! Worry free purchasing.

2013. Keep in mind, both Joe and Scott are still employed with Century Jeep and you can see their faces on the Century Jeep website. My first experience buying a new vehicle with salesman Joe was good. He was low pressure and from what I could tell, honest. I wanted my payments after a trade-in to be $250 or less for the '13 Jeep Patriot I was purchasing. I needed an affordable SUV type vehicle for moving around my disabled child's equipment. Joe did the math and it would be right around $250. The next day I came in to close with the finance director, Scott. Scott gave me an uneasy, sneaky, greasy car salesman feel. He went over optional extended warranties and I denied all of them. I explicitly said that I did not want an extended warranty and for several reasons. He wrote up the papers and all of a sudden my monthly payment was up to $296. I asked why it wasn't $250 like I agreed upon with Joe. Scott told me that Joe's number was just an estimate and I, being a 23 year old first time car buyer, was gullible to not look at the fine print before signing. The numbers did NOT add up and to this day I have the paperwork and they still don't add up. I went home after purchasing and reviewed with my parents and lo and behold, I had purchased an extended warranty. After initially being angry, I was somewhat relieved that I would have coverage beyond the manufacturers warranty. Then I started to have issues. On the 2nd oil change I noticed that I had almost no coolant in my jeep. I took it in and they pressure checked it and found no issues. So how was I losing coolant? A year ago I started noticing inches deep POOLS of water on my rear driver side floor after rainfall. I called the service department and asked if I could get a rental as I'm having a warranty covered issue. The door and window linings are constantly falling off. I was told no rental until they determine its an issue with the vehicle that I didn't cause. Then they also wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle right away. So how am I supposed to get around? I have a full time Monday through Friday job and a 2 year old. On top of that, the service manager was exceedingly rude and unhelpful. To this day I still have an issue with water coming into my vehicle. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Century Jeep.
