This was a sobering experience for me. They tell the story of Anne Frank, her family, and the other Jews who were hiding from the Nazis during world war II. You can see her writing which gives you an idea of who she was. She was a young girl who liked Hollywood stars. She looked forward to a happy life. Sadly intolerance and hate took her life and destroyed her dreams like it did for so many others. This is a must visit if you are in Amsterdam. Hopefully the museum can continue to remind people that the events of the Holocaust should never be forgotten.
