I purchase my 2017 Honda Accord about 3 months ago...

I purchase my 2017 Honda Accord about 3 months ago I was pretty satisfied with the deal. but later i changed my mind about the extended warranty so I went back into the dealership to have the extended warranty removed had it process. it has been almost two months they haven't removed it or credit it back to me. I tried contacting the finance manager Anthony buy phone calls and leaving messages but he's never returned any phone calls to let me know what was the problem.or why it's taking two months just to fax my paperwork to Honda care extended warranty. I think this is unprofessional as a dealership finance manager.. and I think he needs to resolve this matter as soon as possible because It's not that serious.
