This organization is not to be trusted - they will try to scare, trick, and bully you into signing a contract. Signed up for a free no pressure in home consult while at the fair this year. The salesman that came out to our home opened by insulting our home stating, I see why you called us out - this place looks really bad. The home is new to us and we re looking to make repairs, opening by implying we d maintained our home poorly didn t sit well. He proceeded to drag us through some informational videos. After over an hour he finally went outside to measure our windows for a quote. Came back in and attempted to use scare tactics to impress upon us the poor condition of our home and that there was basically zero chance of our home withstanding any major storm that might come through. We explained that we had just recently weathered a hurricane in the home and everything was perfectly fine. We obviously acknowledged that the windows needed work or we wouldn t have wasted our time trying to get a quote. It took over 2 hours to finally get a quote of 85k to replace all of our windows with impact windows. After my husband and I finished laughing we said, No. Salesman informed us that we could do half of the house for 35k. Haggled down to 22k if we financed through them. We had cash and didn t need to finance and we were really uncomfortable with the swing in pricing. We stated that we would be calling around to get some different quotes, this upset the sales rep who got really aggressive. He claimed they could only guarantee this lower offer for a few hours because, you never know what s going to happen with the steel tariff. He ended up on the phone with who he claimed was his manager. The manager wanted to know exactly how many additional quotes we intended to get, we said three or four. The manager stated, there s hundreds of window companies in Palm Beach County, why not get a price from all of them then!? My husband told him that he was being absurd and that we were done talking. Sales rep got off of the phone and continued pressing wanting to know what it would take for us to sign a contract that day. We insisted that we would be shopping around before I finally informed him that we would be keeping the old windows and installing accordion shutters. My husband asked him to remove himself from our home and he had the audacity to ask my husband for assistance in getting his sample products back out to his car. Meanwhile they called my husband several days later to tell him that the job could be done for 15k. As a point of reference we finally had the same job completed with the addition of a new impact rated front door for 12k.
