I would give this place a 0 if I could. Mainly ranting about the administrative portion. I should've read the reviews before committing to an appointment here. The facilities are not very great, could be cleaner because it's a HOSPITAL. I did a general gyno check and didn't receive a call (I was told I would) or letters regarding my results. Nothing. All I got was a bill in the mail a few weeks later. When I want to contact them, it's nearly impossible. Spent close to an hour trying to get a hold of someone that wasn't the operator to talk to me. I can't believe this establishment is functioning..
