We didn't know any real estate professionals in Denver, and contacted PorchLight because they were the listing agents for a house we were interested in. We were making a quick trip to Denver just to get a feel for neighborhoods and the office put us in touch with Sandra Jarock who specializes in relocation. She happily set up viewings for a number of homes a spent a day and a half with us, showing us various parts of Denver. She was so accomodating with absolutely no pressure. We ended up buying one of the houses she showed us but not the one listed with PorchLight and since has been so incredibly helpful. Communication has been very clear, the whole process very streamlined, and she has gone above and beyond in everything from being present for at least four hours on a Saturday morning for the inspection to organizing lawn service to checking on the house after close before we moved in. Everything has been extremely professional and at the same time very personal and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandra and PorchLight and would use them again in the future.
