If there is minus rating, I would have placed it. Customer beware! If your Electrolux appliance breaks down and they do, you might as well throw it away even if it is relatively new.I have never experienced such 'non-existence' customer service in Singapore. Customer Care? Really? I called "Customer Care" number four times this week, each time waiting between 30 minutes to 70 minutes but no one ever picks up the calls. I tried sending an email too, no one ever reply. I even appeal to their CEO via email, no reply too.
