Poor customer service right from the start. Miss quoted several times by the tech and several people on the phone, had to wait a month to "get in the queue" just to get an appointment, and then another month to get services done. Was also told the estimate is refundable.....guess what, it's not. And be prepared, If you want a variety of choices for a liner you can't, they only have one option.
