Horrible customer service. Zero communication. I stopped ordering from them two years ago, because they took months to ship an order, and would not answer my emails, ad they were rude when I finally did get a hold of them. Recently, I decided to give them another try, because they seemed to be the only company that had what I needed in tock. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened. I sent 5 emails, over two months, requesting an update on my order, and no one replied. The final time, I received a reply (not even an email from an actual human), just a statement saying my order was cancelled and could not be fulfilled. No explanation, no apology, no human to reach out. This is the worst, most unreliable, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My orders will continue to be placed with New Direction and Voyageur. So much for second chances.
