I am going to give this place 2 stars the salesman that I worked with seemed to be a good person and he did what he could do to help my experience with this company. That and the receptionist was extremely professional and just kind-hearted. That happens to be the only good that I have to say about this company. The finance manager is extremely rude, incompetent, and just an overall bully. She is very unprofessional and I truly dont understand how she even has a job, but if she is a representation of the rest of management then I do. She tries to overtalk you and does not listen whatsoever. This was my first experience being financed with a dealership and she has made my opinion even worse than what it previously was. I literally had to argue with her about a legally binding document presented by the finance company having insufficient information about my contractual agreement terms. And the funny thing is that her response was that no one understands these contracts and that I should just trust what she is telling me. Luckily for her it didnt change the price that I was willing to pay and they had the car that I wanted. Otherwise I would have had some choice words for her. I will not be returning here and would recommend others not to if she is still there.
