We have used Custom Air in the past and been pleased with the results and the current job was no different. Technicians Bolton J. and Ryan B. were scheduled to arrive at 8:30am and actually arrived at 8:15 before approaching to begin the job. They were extremely polite, explained what would be occurring over the course of the two-day job, and proceeded to work efficiently, quietly and respectfully throughout the two full work days it took to complete the work, cleaning up as they worked and upon completion. They explained the use of the equipment and were very sincere and genuine representatives of their company. Custom Air should be proud of these two fine representatives of their company. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the personalized touch and professionalism we received when dealing with Ben M., their supervisor, who visited the job site to ensure our satisfaction.
