Matt and his team are a pleasure to work with and made the entire process very easy. Matt is extremely experienced, well connected and informed but best of all he is extremely honest and blunt, which is refreshing when so many real estate agents always seem to be in sales mode (Matt will just straight up tell you if a unit is overpriced, or a building has a bad reputation, etc). He also has great recommendations for attorneys and lenders, introducing me to a better lender than the one I had chosen independently relatively late in my process who saved me a substantial amount of points for the same rate and closed in just over a week (and an attorney who was great from the beginning).

I'd highly recommend Matt to anyone currently in the real estate market in any way (P.S. -- check out his podcast (The Matt Laricy Project) as well, it's very informative and interesting, especially for first-time buyers such as myself).
