We love Reis-Nichols! My fiance and I first shopped there about a year ago for watches. Vladimir was so knowledgeable, patient and honest with us. He made the process such a fun experience that we will never go anywhere else for a watch! We recently went back for another watch and to have my engagement ring reset. Jacob helped me create a design that I love! He helped me stay true to the original concept, but made suggestions to enhance the yellow of the center stone. Vladimir and Jacob truly made us feel like valued customers!
