I ordered a 5s in pristine condition which has arrived and I am very pleased with it. There was a delay in it arriving which I understand was due to QFM taking care to find and check the phone. The wait is worthwhile when the product is good. I have used them before and am still using the old phone. I would certainly use QFM again. ref ID233677
