Booked a room last minute because the other motel we booked cancelled our reservation. The grounds look good and it has plenty of parking, actually has come out cheaper. There is a big arcade two restaurants and a little tiki bar. The water park is extra fun especially for our kids. It has enough for little little ones and tweens, Adults will have fun as well. They are extra cautious about weather and will close the water park for the slightest dark clouds but safer than sorry. Recommend getting a pool side or water park side rooms worth the extra 20 bucks. There is a lot with in walking distance and easy to find.
