David helped me out when my laptop stopped reading cd's, replacing my CD tray quickly so I could get back home and install Dragon Age: Inquisition with no problems. He's also helping me out with re-installing Win8 on said laptop since my repair/renew option failed and the recovery media is missing. Super awesome guy who provides fast service that gets things done right.
