If hotel staffing is unable to cope with high occupancy during Gawai and Hari Raya, I suggest you sell less room and do not be greedy. Though the check in time is 3pm, at 5 pm there are still so many people waiting for their room in the lobby. The bath towel was not even ready yet when we arrived at the room eventually. There should be some way for the hotel to express remorse towards their customer kept waiting, a free breakfast cuopon or drink or something. For the customer who checked OUT from room 1006 on 4/6, the hotel is a non smoking hotel! Hotel must be strict and punish this inconsiderate man. I hope you will suffer for your behaviour.
