I had CustomAir install a new furnace after our basement flooded last month and ruined our old furnace. I really appreciated the fast turn around time from the salesman Scott, he quickly worked with my homeowners insurance to get the process going. I was very impressed by the installation crew Cory and Justin. They had their work cut out getting my ancient old furnace disassembled and removed. They were very careful with the dirty job of removal and used drop cloths. They remained so pleasant and courteous the entire day. There was another technician who arrived later to make sure start up went smoothly, which gave me peace of mind. The salesman even stopped by to ensure we were happy and that all went as planned. I won t hesitate to call them back for any future needs or maintenance. Very happy with my new furnace!!
