Amazing hysterectomy with Marchand and home the same day. I never knew you could have a spinal and general anesthesia together but now I can't understand why anyone would do anything else. I woke up pain free and didn't even want a pain pill until 8 hours later when I was having some nagging pain when I was trying to sleep. Post Op nurses were super and I love Mountain Vista!
