My wife had a great experience. She worked with Tim. He instantly responded to all text, emails, and calls to keep us updated on the status of our credit scores. The customer service was unbelievable. I felt bad about messaging him on super bowl Sunday for an update. However, he responded right away. Can not say enough great things about this company.
