Good Company just A nightmare to get a hold of them, when you finally get a hold of them they are nice and friendly. Not sure if it the number of agents or what the issue is but it needs work. I"m a car salesman and call a plethora of agencies and this is one i dread calling. Good thing I don't have the call that often.
