There is absolutely no social distancing occurring here counselors touching patients patients touching each other .they have classrooms with 10+ people maybe 2 to 3 feet apart,nobody is wearing masks in the classrooms.the counselors talk about their drug and alcohol use and having a good time while using.this business is money hungry.random drug testing constantly produces false positives..people on drugs and selling drugs in the parking lot....would not recommend this place to anybody

Great.place! Great people! The staff here is excellent and they really do care about people! I'm very blessed I had the pleasure of going there.

In the MOST difficult time in the life of our family, the staff not only provides satisfactory care and treatment for a loved one, they also minister to family members. They really know their stuff and they walk the walk. We will be forever grateful and hope that other families find Recover Place.

I would leave no stars if possible. Customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING. They talk over you and are very disrespectful! They do not return phone calls, voicemail or emails. They took $75.00 from me for enrollment of one of the classes that they offer and it's been 3 weeks with no word as to when these classes start. I would never recommend to anyone dealing with court orders! They obviously DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

An absolute joke, zero consistency, and the program is extremely unkept. Facility is run down, no air conditioning, and you rarely receive the counseling your supposed to.

This place changed my life- I have been to treatment at a few different places..."fancy" places and crazy places and none of them worked. I did Residential PHP and then IOP at 65th street and the staff was welcoming, and some are in recovery which helped me a lot.
The counselors were all very nice and got me to see and understand a lot of things I hadnt before. and I guess I was ready to hear what they had to say...still sober 4 years now!

I HIGHLY suggest shopping around before making any final decisions about entering any of the programs at Recovery Place

Would give zero stars if I could. My advice is to avoid this place like the plague. Counselor was rude and unprofessional. They cancel your standing appointments without any notice, and tell you, that YOU should've called before coming. It also takes an act of Congress to get a refund.

From my conversation with Michel T. We both understand recovery but capitalism is not for everyone. We need water, air conditioning and counseling.
