Radio cab Reviews

I was going to call them to compliment their driver Tara but decided to make it public instead.
Monday I was assaulted and went to the hospital. After ten hours of x-rays and CT scans and a surgery on my ear I was discharged and a cab was called for me. Tara was at the door waiting when I exited the hospital. She immediately got out and helped me with my case and to get me seated. She was friendly, professional, personable and made sure I was helped in every way including letting me unburden about the random assault that broke my shoulder, damaged my ribs, knee and ear.
She was compassionate and with even little things and questions or comments made me feel human again.
She was a warm and good person as well as a good driver. I can't thank her enough.

They were very prompt, courteous and took the easiest and shortest route getting me to my destination in a super quick hurry. My d to driver was so good infact,that even though I couldn't afford to do it ,I gave the man a $5 dollar tip.

I've had nothing but horrible horrible encounters with drivers from radio cab they are rude and bully people around. And if you call in to talk to a manager or supervisor they couldn't care less.

They could have communicated with me MUCH better at dispatch. Once I finally got my cab everything was wonderful. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. She was apologetic for the wait time we experienced. I was really disappointed initially, but I'm the end I got home quickly and safely.

Great driver, reliable and clean! 1/3 of the price of uber ride to same location!

Very cool and nostalgic building. We started our road trip to Cannon beach and Mount Hood from here. Amazing time with our cuz on our vacation/scouting trip.
Will use again when we come back. Hopefully as transplants.

App prices completely misleading. Was quoted $20 less on app for a pre-booked trip than it ended up being in person. They re trying to outplay Uber and Lyft but really they re just liars. Take ride share instead.

Every single time I have used radio cab they are at least an hour late, and sometimes as much as three hours late!
They should not accept rides if they can t be there within a fifteen minute window of requested pick up time, they don t even tell you they re going to be late until after they already are! And because of that they are making it so people have no other option than to be horribly late because of them!
Everyone s time is valuable!

My car broke down, I am not used to cab service, but I am very pleased with Radio's service. I can book a ride ahead of time, & they show up on time, which is very important for getting to work!! Greatly appreciate this service, your promptness, & drivers very friendly & timely. Will use only Radio in the future, & so very grateful!! Thank you!!!
