Despite a willingness to do well on the part of the staff, what a disappointment !!!! 30 min of waiting for help looking for a product in height, we asked 4 different sellers, all very nice but absolutely overwhelmed !! What about the loyalty program .... 2 years that I spend the casto card at the cash desk, and the day I want to start a 10% off day to buy 2 kitchens (so a great purchase!), I am told that 'it has not been valid for 18 months ..... I still managed to get a -5%. Lamentable. there is no more customer service! priority is given to stock management (more than tense flow) and to the economy of staff & services offered ..... I put 2 stars because the staff do what they can under these conditions .. .
