I booked for High Tea at the Palazzo today and when I arrived my booking had been canceled. The staff in the front did nothing to fix their mistake, one woman was chewing bubble gum the entire time she was standing in front of us and the other just stared and told us they cancel bookings when they haven't received payment. Despite giving my email address and phone number, I was never asked to pay for anything. I called on Wednesday to confirm everything and was told where we would be sitting
Thank you for wasting my time and my four guests who were very excited and had taken time out of their schedules to plan a special afternoon together, and for doing nothing to appease us or to resolve the situation.
Staff training in customer satisfaction should be your top priority as they obviously have no idea.
