Great customer service! Feels like you're visiting friends who also take exceptional care of your vehicles. I recommend them to all my friends. And it's worth the drive because you can trust them.
We have the smaller sporty G for a daily driver and to save on gas. Needed something bigger & safer than my Maxima to survive I5 drivers. Got a FX37 and I'm completely satisfied with the quality, price, handling & power in the new car!
Infiniti MV staff are constantly striving to provide excellent customer service. They are always FRIENDLY and HELPFUL (even when I overhear silly complaints by other customers). They offer GREAT SAVINGS, and beat the cost of tires I originally planned on purchasing at Costco.
The Service Dept's waiting room is comfy with a large TV, snacks, an espresso machine & drinks. They offer FREE LOANERS when you get a bigger service. My schedule is always tight with long work hours. So I really appreciate that they get me in for services with LITTLE OR NO NOTICE! FREE WASH, vacuum & cleaning after every service too!
The renovation is very nice. I love the quality, professionalism and sincerity of everyone at Infiniti MV. I don't need to go anywhere else to shop around for quality or prices. If you're looking to purchase or service your vehicle, trust that your hard earned money will be spent well here!
