They are unpresentable, very unprofessional, we, as a company have been claiming an invoice for months, and after several emails, they have not even had the shame to respond to any of the emails. For us, as a company it is something unbelievable, we cannot understand the lack of professionalism of this hotel. We will never return and of course, we do not recommend it under any circumstances
