Paid for a family room for 2 adults and 2 differen...

Paid for a family room for 2 adults and 2 different sexed children aged 11 and 14 and they only provided a room with 2 double beds. In the end my daughter slept with me, my son in the other bed and my husband on the FLOOR. Also breakfast was poor quality, dry and stale
