I have lived on Maui 25 years and my business works with all the hotels. So busy I rarely have time to leave a review but after yesterdays phenomenal service with Front Desk manager Ryan Fish it is a priority to share how incredible this resort is. We had a package ordered and shipped to a guest staying at the resort to be delivered and who ended up checking out early. Ryan Fish went out of his way to locate the package in receiving, find a driver who would take it to the new hotel, called the Bellman and hotel the guest transferred it to to alert the box was coming, then emailed and called me informing me every step of the way. I am beyond impressed, blown away and so grateful to Mr. Fish and the management at the Westin Ka'anapali Resort. In addition to gorgeous views, rooms, ambiance, incredible restaurants, the service was the bar I hope to achieve setting a standard for my own company to follow.
