The internet service is very bad and sits around 500 ping and nobody working there ever responds when we contact them about it

Thankful for the internet. It s the only thing available to us, so I could be worse off. Just wish the connection was alittle better and reliable. Hopefully it changes soon.

Been with you all for over two yrs have been calling for months telling you our internet speed isn t right no one answer or calls back the one time they did and said someone would come by they never did we pay $104 for what you all said would be good speed And even when we only have one thing on it still dosnt work half the time we didn t have this problem to begin with and have always had the same stuff on it it started about 3months ago and I don t understand why I m paying for high doller internet when we are geting no better than dial up really disappointed that after being with you all two yrs that when we have a problem we get the brush off

Not sure what is going on with Tn wireless at the moment but my internet is unusable. The internet cannot carry more than 1 user. I used to call all the time saying it was starting to get worse and nobody came out.

Over the last week we have lost service without reason

UPDATE: After sometime of service issues they were able to locate and fix the issues! And now it is working flawlessly!

UPDATE: After leaving the first review they bumped my speed package up to 20mbps this is nice but still doesn't fix the issue. Connection quality will very on time of day. Afternoon/evenings will drop significantly regardless of the speed package. Latency spikes are 1500ms or worse are common.

Like other ISPs you get half the advertised speed even to a local speed tests. Im now on a 20Mbps connection package with TN wireless and I get 6Mbps -11Mbps.

Old review: The connection can be great, in the mornings it s almost always perfect! However in the evenings and afternoons in peak load times it s awful!

I ran a ping test to googles DNS servers with TN Wireless at around 8pm the pings spikes up to 2670ms!

Just for fun I tried the same test to the same google DNS servers just moments later tethering through my cell phone with just one bar of signal! It spiked one time to just 190ms! So you ll get a better connection quality with a cell phone!

This review will remain until the issue is resolved.

The worst ever, we pay for the premium top package, but get the absolute worst service with a 96 signal rating. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM "TENNESSEE WIRELESS"!!!!!!!! Does anyone ever answer the phone or call back? Look at the reviews everyone, they only respond when someone post's a good review, which has only happened 2 or 3 time's!!!

customer service is good.....but if you have another option, go with that. it is decent for one person on a sunny day, but 2+ just makes it go to complete trash.

Installed an 5.8GHz IP bridge system for me. Will use again

Update: I m updating my review from one star to three stars, thanks to Peyton. He followed up this week and they were actually able to improve our service and for that I am grateful.
We were actually never told our house has a weak signal, as stated by Paul below. It was usually blamed on our out of date DVD player. And no, I don t expect to pay for service calls when we were paying monthly for a service that was consistently not working more than working. Anyways, I appreciate the follow up and sorry it had to come after a bad review.

Our service is non existent. It won t even connect to leave this review. I ve asked several times for someone to come out, but I guess we re pretty low on the priority scale since nobody had been out yet. As soon as we can get something else, were cancelling for sure.

I ve used TN Wireless for about a year and a half now. I had very low expectations for satellite internet. I have been impressed, using TN Wireless and a network extender I have gone from a home that has no service to having consistent full bars. In March I had to suddenly start working from home. For 2 months I had multiple zoom meetings a day and had no issues attending every meeting.
