Terrible service! This dealer only cares about selling their car and get money out from your pocket. After the sales, their service does not exist! I've bought my car from this dealer and paid off the loan completely. However, I'd been calling them for 6 months+ to follow up my title and still had not received my title yet. I had left messages to different people in their finance department but no one called me back. After I requested to talk to their General manager today, the sales person who sold the car to me finally returned my call and said they had nothing to do with Toyota finance, without giving me any contact information nor even willingness to transfer my call to the finance department! Oh, I forgot to mention, be careful for the information you provide to this dealer! After I bought my car here, my cell phone received tones of advertisement call for car insurance, loan... even I have unlisted number!
