Friendly reception the jackets are addressed and hung up.
Delicious eaten I had a carpaccio as before on the plate with a truffle cream and on top of the carpaccio.
And as a dish between the Champignons Dordogne fried mushrooms in beer batter! Personally, I prefer to see something crispier and a thinner layer of batter.
And as a main course the sirloin steak with sucade.
And dessert the tartlet of caramel.
Neat and good service.
