I changed my original review. Great Wolf Lodge's reservation line is terrible, uninformed and unhelpful. When I spoke with the Gurnee Great Wolf Lodge Staff directly they were great, helpful and accomodating.

Our stay was very nice. The girls loved the waterpark.
