A good hotel, but I expected more ', especially given the expectations created by the site =)
I stayed 3 nights attending a conference in early December, but I would not have chosen personally, I would go back if it were not chosen as the place of the conference.
The most embarrassing thing is that you have to share ONE key for a "triple" (which is actually a double with an extra bed).
As well as the bathroom and cleaning (in my room just enough; some other guests found limescale covering the bathroom fixtures and cobwebs and dust in the bathroom). The support space is not enough for one person, let alone 3.
The breakfast coffee is the worst I've ever had in my life; that of the bar reaches sufficiency in quality but considering the price it also leaves this bitter taste in the mouth. (Better to go outside!) The breakfast itself doesn't get high marks, rich by Italian standards but poor by European / continental standards.
The buffet lunches and dinners (which I feared given the experiences of previous conferences) were promoted with flying colors. As well as the professionalism and attention of Maitre!

The front desk was courteous, but not always as prone to coping with a well-stocked group of people as you would expect at a convention. The moment of paying the bill (I had a few drinks at the bar) blew my nerves.

I did not use the swimming pool and the beach (considering the season) the Immaculate Conception bridge) and despite the wind blowing out I didn't even venture to take a walk.

Final judgment:
I felt I paid more than the service offered (despite the agreement made to the association); apart from the Maitre and the Barman I did not feel welcomed and pampered.

They didn't make me feel the grandeur, so I'd take the grand out of the title.
Since they have not been able to give their best during the low season I would not dare to go back during the full one.
