I have been here for years, and this is the first time I have come here And leave with a bad experience. Amy Franklin is far the worst NP I have seen. No compassion more urgency to at least research what she could do for me. She left the room to consult with an other professional about me. If you go for see her. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I feel worse than I did when I came there. It use to be an environment where the staff cared. Now I feel like I'm being rushed out without a solution. Wasted day and money.
