We would not recommend this company to anyone. The entire process has been a nightmare of non-communication. Workers showed up unannounced and climbed on top of the house more than once. Other times we were told they were coming and no one showed up. I said more than once that any delays were not a problem we just really needed to know when people would be at the house and requested that we be informed if weather or other issues prevented them from coming. I didn't think that was an unreasonable request but apparently it was. According to the people that were here last the system is apparently up and running. We were told at that time that there was no one available to set up the monitoring system and they would contact us within a week to set it up, we haven't heard from them since. It is sitting in a box in our garage. We were also pressured by the financing company to sign the financing documents even though the work wasn't fully completed yet and was told if I did not do it then I may lose my approval for the financing. Overall the process has been ridiculous and at this point I just hope the system works as advertised and we didn't just waste a whole lot of money.
