As a Marriott platinum member, this is the worst hotel I have a stayed in. Why do I complete my mobile check-in and ask for my digital key only to show up and nothing is ready for my arrival. I have to wait behind 2 other people when I arrive only to find out that nothing was ready for me and need to waste more time as they input whatever else they needed into the computer. A total check-in time of almost 30 minutes. Get to my room and the bathroom looks like they are remodeling. There are holes all over the walls, drywall dust is everywhere, and hair still in the shower drain.
