Complete disaster. If you deal with this company do not pay them in entirety until the work is done and expect a wait regardless of what they tell you. I bought a pool last August. It was finally dropped off in my yard four weeks ago. I didn t expect it to be installed over the winter but they kept telling us another few weeks throughout the fall time frame. Started reaching out to them for a timeframe on installation. First-more excuses. Now No response on when it will be installed. I believe the product is sound but prepare yourself for a significant amount of frustration. The sales person Kevin seems honest but I was told by the owner he tends to overpromise. Nice!
