i have only been with ocwen since january 2013. my elec. payments were showing up as received but erratic. april never went through. i just happened to glance at my bank statement. i have since cleared the issue and the ocwen rep. assured me that because
the gmac takeover has had some bumps that certainly i would be able to have the late fee dropped. i have made over 150 mortgage payments with gmac and never been late.
today i call and spoke with someone else who indicated to me they cannot withdraw the late fee charge. i then sent a personal email to ceo william erbey. now i know its just a late fee but being a new kid on the ocwen block i thought a billion dollar enterprise may give a little latitude.
