This place is awesome! IWe stayed there over the weekend of July 13 for my husband 55th birthday. We have never experienced such awesome Customer Service in all our years. They were very business because Chippendales was performing at the resort and the restaurants were very busy but the waitresses and servers never looked or acted stressed about the situation very polite and attentive. My husband jumped in the pool with our Mercedes key in his pocket so they were ruined, do you know the Security officer drove us all the way to Ohio to get the spare! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
